My wife Kelly and I started building in Vancouver, Canada 20 years ago upon completion of my schooling at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.  We had the privilege of seeing one of our client’s homes on the cover of the Street of Dreams plan book, and also of winning a construction award from the City of Vancouver.  We moved to Costa Rica 16 years ago and since 1995 have been building luxury custom homes under our company name Constructora Cordoba.

The Constructora Cordoba construction team includes talented architects, knowledgeable engineers and skilled builders who have worked for us for many years and are equally committed to making your Costa Rica building experience enjoyable.  Moreover, we have focused our construction efforts to the Tamarindo/Flamingo area in order to provide the best service and quality to our valued cliental.
